The Global Visual Library is an interactive multimedia library. It consists of animated visualizations of Earth's processes, historic dynamics, species habits, migration patters, and political and social databases. The GeoSphere Globe, 6 feet in diameter, is the first three dimensional, realistic model of planet Earth. The sphere is constructed of clear Lexan, thereby allowing video projectors within the globe to display the animated data sets of the Global Visual Library through its surface.

The Earth Situation Room is the ultimate display of The GeoSphere Project effort. It combines The Global Visual Library and The GeoSphere Globe to monitor world weather, earthquakes, ocean conditions, ozone depletion, deforestation, commercial air and sea traffic, and special research projects. Earth Situation Rooms have been installed in Brazil, Japan, Spain, Greece, South Africa, and Washington D.C.
During fifty years as a renowned artist, Tom has executed over 70 major sculpture and mural commissions for public spaces around the world. He has done extensive work in environmental planning and agricultural design, and has won three design awards from the American Institute of Architects. He designed the Environmental Master Plan for the Bunker Hill Project of the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency.

Douglas Gillies, J.D., is author of Prophet, the Hatmaker's Son, the biography of Robert Muller. A filmmaker in search of strategies for a better world, Gillies has conducted interviews of 150 international figures, including President Mikhail Gorbachev, Jean Houston, Huston Smith, Marianne Williamson, Oren Lyons, Lynne Twist, Mario Savio, and David Brower.
Each of us holds a piece to the puzzle to create a better world. When I interview a person, I want to ask the question that only that person can answer. What is their unique experience, creativity, and talent, that, if inspired by the right question, can create the opportunity for original thought and new solutions? It only takes a moment to generate a new idea that can change the world.

During their first interview in 1994, Douglas Gillies asked Robert Muller, "How can an ordinary person like me think like a global citizen?"
Muller answered, "That's easy. Just multiply everything you do by six billion."
Two months later, Muller began writing his 7,000 Ideas and Dreams for a Better World while Gillies set out to write the biography of Robert Muller: Prophet--The Hatmaker's Son. As both writers approached the end of their complementary books, a new pattern emerged in Robert Muller's ideas that represented a culmination of his life's work. In all of the economic and social programs he initiated during his four decades at the United Nations, there had been an underlying assumption, a unifying theme, that the Earth is a paradise, plain and simple, and we, as the occupants, merely need to act accordingly in order to remain here indefinitely.
The Earth is our precious garden, our temple, our paradise. Our passion must be to preserve it, to embellish it, and to see peace, happiness, and love reign everywhere, always and forever.
Build your own little paradise wherever you live. Don't let others pretend to build it for you. If we all do that, we will make the world a paradise. One little paradise multiplied by six billion peoplewhat a wonderful planet that could be!
